About the job :Company : HCLLocation : PAN IndiaExperience : 5+ Years (relevant)Notice Period : only short joinersPosition Type : PermanentJob Description :- Overall 7+ years of experience including min 5 years in SuccessFactors(ONB/RCM)- Should have one end to end ONB and RCM Implementation experience- Should have valid EC, ONB and RCM certification (should complete 2H2023 delta)- Should work on Onboarding, Offboarding and cross boarding scenario- Should work on ONB custom form and US processes- Should have good knowledge of MDF- Should have knowledge of multi stage application process- Should have implemented business rule pertaining to RCM process- Should have knowledge of RCM data modals and working experience with XML- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, data migration, and integration with other HR systems. - Familiarity with SAP HCM is a plus.Responsibilities :Implementation, Configuration and Support :- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that align with their HR needs.- Configure SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements and best practices.- Conduct system testing and resolve any issues or errors that arise during implementation.- Provide guidance and support to clients on system setup, data migration, and integration with other HR systems.- Real time support to the daily system issues faced by client.
