About the JobOur Client : Our Client is A leading SaaS company that brings together all stakeholders in the agricultural supply chain, allowing them to make better-informed decisions, eliminate unnecessary paperwork and dockets, reduce supply chain inefficiency and risk, open markets, and increase their bottom line, all on one easy-to-use platform.Position : Lead Full Stack EngineerLocation : Gurgaon/RemoteExperience : 6+years and aboveResponsibilities include : - Plan and architect scalable and performant architecture- Manage application infrastructure and DevOps on AWS- Writing reusable, testable and efficient code- Designing and implementing low-latency, high availability and performant software using Python 3and the Django framework - including API and business logic layers- Implementing user interface elements using the ReactJS framework- Creating database schemas and implementing data models with Postgres databases using ORM(Object Relational Mapping) libraries. Implement Data Models using SQL and NoSQL hybrid in Postgres 10- Writing and developing automated tests for the software developed using BDD philosophy- Following Agile Software Development principles and Extreme Programming Practices- Managing source code and code versioning using Git and Github- Deploying software builds using Docker and CircleCI- Being a team player and working well in a high performance, fast-paced environment with a commitment to excellenceSkill, knowledge, and experience : - Expert knowledge of Python3 and Django framework- Expert knowledge of Postgres databases and ORMs- Good understanding of ReactJS and/or similar front-end technologies- Good understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications- Good understanding of accessibility and security compliance principles- Strong unit testing, debugging and problem solving skills- Experience of source code versioning using Git- Good understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Unix (Ubuntu, Linux) Servers- Understanding of Docker, Terraform and containerisation highly desirable- Relevant Work Experience : 7-10 yrs- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Good written and verbal communication skillsWhat do we offer : - Best in Industry Compensation- Open work culture- Flexible working hours- Challenging work environment in a dynamic organization (ref:hirist.tech)
