Desired Skills : Automation Testing, Manual testing, and Mobile Application TestingExperience : 2-8 YearsLocation : Gurgaon and Africa (Work from Office)Candidates will need to spend 1 month of every quarter in Gurgaon, and 2 months in Africa.Job Description :We are looking for an innovative and experienced quality analyst to join our team. The quality analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the endproduct meets the quality standards, and is fully functional and user-friendly.To be successful as a quality analyst, you should demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues.Key Accountabilities :Mandatory experience on Mobile Money/ e-wallet/ Prepaid recharge/ credit card payment/USSD/Commission solutions (Knowledge of Comviva Mobiquity solution will be a plus)Mandatory experience in API Testing, Mobile Applications, and Web ApplicationsHands-on experience in writing SQL queriesHands-on experience on UnixExperience in Automation (Java & Selenium) is highly desirable, Rest Assurance, J-Meter, etcExperience in defining test strategies: identify what needs to be tested, when, how - and the corresponding risksExperience in setting up test frameworks, test environments, and test data to execute test casesDemonstrable experience in test case design and reviewExperience in Jira, Slack & Confluence is desirableExperience in non-functional testing (performance and security) will be a plusLiaise with external teams to gather and understand requirementsProven ability to work collaboratively in a team to deliver a technical solutionDevelop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are metImplement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or productIdentify and remedy defects within the production processRecommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achievedCompile and analyze statistical dataEnsure that user expectations are met during the testing processDraft quality assurance policies and proceduresInvestigate customer complaints and product issuesEnsure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirementSkills & Knowledge :BE/Btech/MCA in Computer Science / Electronics Bachelor's degree in a related field2 to 8 years of work experience as a Test Engineer/AnalystExperience in the Fintech/Mobile wallet industry will be a plusOther Requirements :Telecommunication industry expertise is a plusFocus on Customer - Demonstrating availability, attentiveness, and reliability to external/internal customers, building trusting and constructive relationships with them.
