Job Description :Are you a talented and creative UI UX Designer with a passion for user experience design? Do you want to be a part of a dynamic and innovative company? If so, we want to hear from you!Experience: 1-3 yearsLocation : BangaloreResponsibilities :Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand user needs and business requirements.Create and maintain a design system that supports a consistent and scalable visual language for the app.Develop visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience and effectively communicate user needs.Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate usability and visual hierarchy.Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and design critiques.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to create innovative designs that set our app apart.Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality designs and contribute to the growth of the app.Requirements :A minimum of 1 year of experience in UI UX design with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity.A passion for UX design principles and a deep understanding of user-centered design.Experience in creating design systems and a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to the growth of the app. (ref:hirist.tech)
