Conversational AI! As the Head of UX, you'll lead the charge in designing and optimising user-centric products (primarily SwiftChat) and experiences. SwiftChat is an ecosystem of chatbots and mini-apps, with over 1.5M app downloads on Play Store and over 150M+ user profiles across states. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of UX design initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.Responsibilities :You will create and advocate for design solutions based on user research data, user goals, and business needs and product strategy.You will produce designs that illustrate optimal user experiencesDeliverables may include storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, or orchestrating usability tests that lead to user bliss.You will work with fellow designers, research, product, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive, and beautiful experiences that our users love.You will conceptualise and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.You are a conceptual thinker as well as a craftsperson. Your design work is clean, focused, and inspiring to others.You show demonstrated experience in designing and optimising user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels.You should be comfortable cultivating collaboration and demonstrate rock-solid communication within the UX crew and our cross-functional buddies.You should be able to present your masterpieces, strategies, and discoveries to stakeholders and senior leaders who fuel the UX dream.Qualifications :A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's)4 - 6 years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and servicesA strong portfolio demonstrating experience across information architecture, interaction, and visual design skillsProficient in leading-edge design tools such as Adobe XD and FigmaExperience in the Edtech industry would be an advantageCommunication skills that turn problems into puzzles and numbers into insightsA passion for social impact and a knowledge of India's educational landscapeA solid grasp of user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concernsExpertise on quickly iterating on wireframes and mockups in a fast-paced environmentBenefits : Competitive salary and a treasure chest of benefits Health insurance to keep you in superhero shape A flexible work environment The chance to shape the future of education and make a real impact Opportunities for professional development that will send your career to the moonApplication Process :Ready to dive into the educational revolution headfirst?
