Description:
Overview: We are seeking experienced IoT Testers and IoT Test Leads with 3-10 years of experience in embedded testing, product testing, and verification & validation of IoT devices and systems. The ideal candidates will have expertise in testing IoT devices using IEEE standard protocols such as Bluetooth, WiFi, LoRa, and Zigbee. They should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct end-to-end testing of IoT devices and systems, including embedded testing, product testing, and system integration testing.- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.- Execute test cases and document test results, identifying defects and issues, and working with development teams to resolve them.- Perform verification & validation activities to ensure that IoT devices meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.- Design and implement automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IoT technologies, protocols, and testing methodologies.- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing best practices and techniques.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.- 3-10 years of experience in IoT testing, embedded testing, or related fields.- Strong understanding of IEEE standard protocols such as Bluetooth, WiFi, LoRa, and Zigbee.- Experience with verification & validation of IoT devices and systems.- Proficiency in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
