Description:

Roles & Responsibilities :- Consulting with Users and Business to understand their goals and requirements.- Contribute to strategic decisions around future direction of our product.- Explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.- Developing personas and usage scenarios.- Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.- Conducting usability testing.- Analysing user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the user experience.- Assisting with content development.- Conducting competitor and customer analysis.- Expert user of a wide range of digital tools for conceptualizing, designing and prototyping. Eg : Figma, Adobe xd, Sketch etc.- Experience in conducting design thinking workshops and using collaboration tools eg : Miro, Figjam, Mural etc..- Knowledge in Life science domain.- At least 3 years of experience as a designer.
