Position Overview :We are looking for a skilled Java Consultant with 2 to 5 years of experience to provide technical expertise and guidance on Java-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming and development, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. As a Java Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and consultation.Key Responsibilities :Requirement Analysis and Solution Design :- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.- Design and architect Java-based solutions that meet client objectives and quality standards.Software Development and Implementation :- Develop and implement Java applications, modules, and components according to project requirements.- Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability. Technical Consulting and Support :- Provide technical consultation and guidance to clients on Java technologies, frameworks, and best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.Testing and Quality Assurance :- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of Java applications.- Perform code reviews and collaborate with QA teams to identify and address defects.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :- Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and release notes.- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and clients to facilitate collaboration and continuous learning.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 2 to 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of core Java concepts and principles.- Proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g., Spring Framework, Hibernate).- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
