Salary : 10-20 LPA Key Responsibilities :- Implement and maintain SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.- Develop and maintain SAP security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits of SAP systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.- Design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) within SAP environments.- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on SAP security-related matters, including user provisioning, role design, and access request management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP security controls into business processes and applications.- Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in SAP security and compliance, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.- Participate in SAP security incident response activities, including investigation, analysis, and remediation.- Train and mentor junior SAP security team members, as needed.- Assist in the development and implementation of SAP security awareness training programs for end-users and IT staff.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP security administration and GRC implementation.- Proficiency in SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.- Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.- Experience with SAP security assessment tools and methodologies.- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS as they relate to SAP security.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Security Professional) preferred.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This is an exciting opportunity for a talented SAP GRC Security Specialist to contribute to the security and compliance efforts of our organization.
