Job Description :About the role : We're seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll support product planning, development, and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include assisting in market analysis, coordinating product lifecycle activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to product strategy and marketing initiatives. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management within a dynamic team environment.Roles and Responsibilities :Support product planning, market analysis, and partnership evaluation, contributing insights and research.Assist in coordinating product lifecycle management activities from research to launch, including gathering requirements and conducting market analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project coordination, ensuring timely delivery of products.Conduct thorough problem-solving and first principle thinking to address challenges in product development and market positioning.Contribute to the development of product positioning, messaging, and strategies through research and analysis.Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach and high execution capability.Aid in the creation of product strategy documents, including business cases, use cases, and technical requirements.Assist in analysing market data to inform strategies and define product objectives.Participate in product development meetings, providing input and feedback on product features and functionality.Support the evaluation of new product ideas and contribute to the development of go-to-market plans.Qualification :Bachelor's degree in technology or related field required.Some experience in product management or related internships preferred.Understanding of product development lifecycle concepts.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on first principles thinking.High ownership and execution capability.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Basic knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.Familiarity with web3 products or technologies is a plus.Additional Information :Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
