Algoquant Fintech Limited is a leading innovator in the field of high-frequency trading (HFT).We leverage cutting-edge technology to develop and implement sophisticated trading strategies.We are seeking a talented and passionate C++ Developer to join our growing team.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ code for our HFT platform, ensuring efficient execution and low latency.- Manage, maintain, and clean large datasets related to financial stocks and futures program trading.- Quantitatively analyze and assess the performance of existing trading strategies.- Develop and implement quantitative research platforms, back-testing systems, and mathematical tools to optimize trading strategies.- Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to translate algorithmic trading strategies into robust C++ code.- Assist with the analysis and visualization of trading data to identify areas for improvement and strategic opportunities.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (recent graduates from top universities are encouraged to apply).- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.- Excellent analytical skills with a passion for quantitative analysis.- Demonstrated experience with C++ programming, ideally with proficiency in C++14 or later versions.- Familiarity with Python is a plus.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and best practices.- Experience with data structures and algorithms.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
