Current opportunity: Accounts Receivable – (NetSuite - Suite Billing and Subscriptions) Location: Bangalore Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid Years of experience: 5-8 years What you will do: As a Staff Accountant, Accounts receivable specialising in NetSuite Suite Billing and Subscriptions, you will be responsible for managing and billing of recurring subscriptions. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day subscription maintenance for multiple entities, including quantity and price changes, credit memos, activations, suspensions, and terminations for large volumes of subscriptions. Work with AR Team members in monthly billing report analysis and process billing operations to meet monthly billing deadlines efficiently. Support the AR Team in day-to-day billing problems, resolve discrepancies, and ongoing manage customer subscriptions and billing account maintenance issues. Participate in ongoing optimization in billing processes, system configurations, reporting, and data harmonization between NetSuite and External systems such as UCMS and CRM Uploading via csv new or data and/or reviewing data flow via integration into NetSuite from outside system for subscription data. Other duties as assigned to bring billing and revenue operations efficiency. Qualifications/Skills: To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: Intermediate NetSuite experience is required for this role. Minimum 3 years' experience in Billing / Accounts Receivable and Revenue Recognition experience Strong intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (v-lookups and pivot experience with high volumes of data; proficiency in analyzing data and making decisions Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, mathematics or finance, or equivalent working experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in MS Office Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
