We are in search of a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN STACK) with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. This role is crucial for driving innovation and enhancing the performance of our web applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience.Key Responsibilities : Frontend Development :- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.- Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces adhering to UI/UX design principles.- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Backend Development :- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Node.- Implement effective RESTful APIs and server-side rendering techniques.- Collaborate with the team to design and implement database schemas, ensuring data integrity and security.Collaboration and Communication :- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to manage expectations and coordinate tasks. Skills and Qualifications : Frontend Technologies :- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript ES6, React.- Familiarity with state management libraries. Backend Technologies :- Proficiency in Node.js- Experience with databases and ORM frameworks (SQL, NoSQL, Sequelize, SQLAlchemy, etc.) Development Practices :- Solid understanding of the full web development life cycle and RESTful API design.- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines General Skills :- Minimum experience as full stack developer 5 plus years.- Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
