Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job :The primary purpose of the AI Engineer role is to design, develop, and implement AI solutions aligning with company vision to become an AI-driven company. The key objectives and approximate time spent on each are:- Design and Development of AI Solutions (40%): Design and develop AI solutions using technologies like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Python.- Collaboration and Requirements Gathering (20%): Work with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.- Live Demonstrations and Training (15%): Conduct live demo sessions and provide training to showcase AI solution functionality and benefits.- Maintenance and Troubleshooting (15%): Maintain and troubleshoot deployed AI solutions to ensure proper functioning.- Staying Up-to-Date with AI Technologies (10%): Stay updated on AI technologies and trends to incorporate them into existing solutions.Position in the Organization :The AI Engineer will be part of the Functional Domain Data & Analytics, reporting to the Domain Lead Data & Analytics, and collaborating with other Solution Architects in this domain.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using technologies such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Python.- Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions. - Conduct live demo sessions to demonstrate the functionality and benefits of AI solutions.- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and trends and incorporate them into solutions.- Ensure successful deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AI solutions.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.Decisions Without Approval :The AI engineer can decide upon technical solutions in the AI domain in cooperation with other Solution Architects.Job Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree is a plus.- Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI solutions.- Proficiency in OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Python.- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure Architecture, Azure Development.- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stay updated with AI technologies and trends.Core Competencies for the Role :- Solution Architecture- Core Consulting Skills- Business Process Knowledge- User Experience- Taking Responsibility- Platform Integration- Data Analytics & Modelling (ref:hirist.tech)
