Description:
Role : IAM Architect Enterprise SME.- The IAM Architect Enterprise SME is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide identity and access management (IAM) solutions. Key responsibilities include : - Developing IAM strategy, roadmaps, use cases, gap analysis, and assessments for global customers.- Providing expert guidance on IAM technology selection and implementation.- Designing IAM architecture and solutions based on leading enterprise security and service management products.- Customizing and integrating IAM software to deliver enhanced solutions.- Providing day-to-day administration and troubleshooting for IAM deployments.- Defining processes and procedures to improve IAM systems and satisfy audit/regulatory requirements.- Designing role-based access control (RBAC) processes including role definitions, mining, engineering, etc.- Developing strategies to achieve business objectives through phased IAM implementation.- Supporting development and implementation of changes to the IAM system. Required Skills and Experience :- 6+ years of hands-on experience in identity management positions.- Extensive experience working with IAM technologies including SailPoint, FIM, MIM, Azure AD Connect/Microsoft Entra Connect.- Proven experience providing architecture guidance and advisory services for various environments and systems.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Identity Management products, Active Directory, Azure AD, and SQL Server.- Ability to effectively communicate and advocate security requirements to development teams.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
