Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Conduct comprehensive IT audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.- Utilize GRC tools such as Archer, Audit Board, or ServiceNow to facilitate audit planning, execution, and reporting processes.- Develop and maintain IT compliance frameworks, controls, and documentation to ensure alignment with relevant regulations and standards.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, legal, and risk management, to identify and mitigate IT risks and vulnerabilities.- Provide guidance and recommendations for remediation of identified deficiencies and gaps in IT controls and processes.- Stay abreast of emerging IT compliance trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of the IT compliance program.- Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations on audit findings, compliance status, and risk mitigation strategies to senior management and other stakeholders.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC) is a plus.- Minimum years of experience in IT audit, compliance, or risk management roles, preferably in a regulated industry.- Proficiency in major GRC tools such as Archer, Audit Board, or ServiceNow, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline audit and compliance processes.- Strong technical expertise in SOX, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 standards and frameworks.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and authoritative manner.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate IT risks effectively.- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Mandatory Skills : IT audit, IT Compliance, IT Risk Management (ref:hirist.tech)
