Job Position: Junior Operations Nature of Job: Work from Colleges & Work from OfficeLocation: ChennaiFreshers Salary : 15 K to 20 K (During Internship)After internship : 3 to 5 LPA Responsibilities:1) Work with Educational Institutions and execute the Training Programs.2) Managing the workload of trainers and streamlining the training operations.3) Effectively communicate with colleges, trainers and management4) Ensure resource availability and allocation5) Coordinate internal trainers and freelance trainers for the flawless execution of training programs6) Ensure that all training programs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.7) Report and escalate to management as needed8) Create and maintain comprehensive training program documentations.
