The skills and experience required for this assignment are : SAP Datasphere Architect - 8 + years - remote work.- University degree in Business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field.- Deep knowledge & minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an DataSphere architect with focus on SAC and strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem including ECC, SAP Gateway, SAP Fiori, etc.- Hands on knowledge in data modeling and building data products for consumption by visualization tools.- Hands on knowledge of SAP SAC & pre-build content models and building cutting edge analytical dashboards.- Expertise in various ETL techniques for seamless integration from ECC to Datasphere.- Knowledge of SAP SLT server highly desired.- Working knowledge of MS PowerBI highly desirable, other visualization tools a plus.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with functional & technical teams and adapt to changing needs, requirements, etc.Key Responsibilities : DataSphere Architecture and Management : - Design, develop, and manage the architecture of SAP Datasphere solutions. - Ensure integration and alignment of SAP Datasphere with the broader SAP ecosystem, including SAP ECC, SAP Gateway, SAP Fiori, etc- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP Datasphere, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Data Modeling and Product Development : - Develop and maintain data models for SAP Datasphere, ensuring they meet business requirements and standards. - Build data products for consumption by various visualization tools, ensuring data is accessible, accurate, and usable for decision-making. - Utilize hands-on experience to create and manage pre-built content models and cutting-edge analytical dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). ETL Processes and Integration : - Implement and manage ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration from SAP ECC to SAP Datasphere. - Utilize expertise in SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) for real-time data replication and integration. - Optimize ETL workflows to ensure efficient data processing and integration. Visualization and Reporting : - Develop and enhance analytical dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). - Leverage working knowledge of MS PowerBI to integrate and visualize data, providing comprehensive insights. - Explore and potentially utilize other visualization tools to meet diverse business needs. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective SAP Datasphere solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data analysts, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members and peers on SAP Datasphere best practices and methodologies. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Educational Background: University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field. - Professional Experience : 8 - 12 years of experience in the field, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years as a hands-on DataSphere architect focusing on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). - Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including SAP ECC, SAP Gateway, SAP Fiori, and related technologies. Technical Skills : - Hands-on experience in data modeling and building data products for visualization tools. - Strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and pre-built content models. - Proficiency in various ETL techniques, especially those integrating SAP ECC with SAP Datasphere. - Knowledge of SAP SLT server for data integration. - Working knowledge of MS PowerBI and familiarity with other visualization tools is highly desirable. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : - Strong analytical skills to design and implement effective data models and dashboards. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and architecture issues. - Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Work Environment: Full-time position. - May require occasional travel for project implementation and stakeholder meetings. - Potential for remote work depending on project requirements.
