Job Description.- We are currently seeking an experienced API Developer to join our team in Mumbai.- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable and robust APIs using Python-based frameworks.- If you have a passion for developing microservices architecture, containerization strategies, and ensuring the performance and quality of applications, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement scalable and robust APIs using Python-based frameworks (e g., Flask, Django, FastAPI).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Develop and maintain scalable microservices architecture.- Implement containerization strategies using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.- Collaborate with front-end developers on integrating with the APIs.- Adhere to best practices in API security and documentation.- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Skills & Requirements :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven work experience as an API Developer or similar role.- Strong proficiency with Python and familiarity with Python-based frameworks.- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployments, monitoring, and scaling applications.- Experience with Docker and containerization strategies.- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python and multi-process architecture.- Familiarity with API security standards and best practices.- Experience with databases, SQL, and NoSQL.- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Location: MumbaiExperience : 4-5 Years (ref:hirist.tech)
