Description:
Job Description :As an L2 System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users.You will work closely with the L3 team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows servers, Active Directory, Office 365, workstation management, Citrix, and other IT infrastructure components.Key Responsibilities :- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding IT infrastructure and systems.- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and monitoring.- Manage and maintain Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, and domain controllers.- Support and manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.- Perform workstation management tasks, including software installations, updates, and patch management.- Assist in the administration and support of Citrix virtualization technologies.- Collaborate with the L3 team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required. Required Skills :- Solid understanding of Windows server operating systems and Active Directory administration.- Experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.- Proficiency in workstation management and software deployment.- Knowledge of Citrix virtualization technologies (XenApp/XenDesktop) is a plus.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Location : Pan India Experience : 4 to 6 YearsEducational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's (ref:hirist.tech)
