About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team! You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform to automate and streamline our IT service management (ITSM) processes.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow applications using ServiceNow Core Development tools.- Utilize scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript to automate workflows and functionalities.- Configure UI policies, business rules, and workflows to enhance user experience and enforce business logic.- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies.- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow related issues to ensure smooth system operation.- Maintain and update existing ServiceNow applications to ensure optimal performance and security.- Collaborate with business analysts, IT operations personnel, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and adhere to best practices.Qualifications :- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.(ITIL framework a plus)- In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and its core components.- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Core Development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows.- Familiarity with ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a significant advantage.- Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server) is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Noida (ref:hirist.tech)
