Role : Data EngineerLocation : BangaloreExperience : 3+ Yrs.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch processing using Apache Spark in Big Data projects.- Utilize Scala programming language to implement efficient data processing solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate data models and architectures.- Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of data pipelines.- Evaluate and integrate NoSQL databases into the data ecosystem as needed.- Explore and implement visualization tools to provide insights into data for stakeholders.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience working with Apache Spark in Big Data projects for Batch Processing.- Proficiency in Scala programming language.- Understanding of DevOps practices and experience with related tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Familiarity with at least one NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).- Experience with any visualization tools.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication & teamwork skills.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Preferred Qualifications : - Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform will be added advantage.- Familiarity with streaming data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka).- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty, Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark).
