About the Role :Are you eager to launch your career as a ServiceNow Developer? We are seeking a motivated and quick learner to join our growing team! In this fast-track role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the automation and improvement of our IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.Responsibilities :- Assist senior developers in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications.- Learn and utilize ServiceNow Core Development tools, including scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript.- Gain experience with configuring UI policies, business rules, and workflows.- Observe and participate in ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies (learning opportunity).- Support the analysis of business needs and their translation into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow issues under the guidance of senior developers.- Contribute to maintaining and updating existing ServiceNow applications (learning opportunity).- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and contribute to effective solutions.Qualifications :- Strong interest in IT service management and automation.- Basic understanding of IT concepts and systems.- Eagerness to learn and a willingness to be mentored by experienced developers.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.- A positive and proactive attitude.
