Immediate Joiners PreferredAs a Google Cloud Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.Responsibilities :- Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and secure cloud solutions on the Google Cloud Platform- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions- Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager to automate deployment and management tasks- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost for efficiency and reliability- Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards by implementing appropriate security controls and configurations- Configure and manage Google Cloud services like Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Identity & Access Management (IAM) to ensure operational excellence- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, including network connectivity, resource utilization, and application performance- Collaborate with developers and other engineers to ensure a smooth integration between applications and the cloud infrastructure.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 2-10 years of experience in cloud engineering, preferably Google Cloud Platform- Strong proficiency in GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, etc- Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies, including VPCs, VPNs, and load balancing- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance standards (ref:hirist.tech)
