Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines using ADF and ADB to integrate, transform, and deliver data for analysis and reporting.Responsibilities:- Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to automate data movement and integration from various data sources.- Utilize Azure Databricks (ADB) for complex data transformations, cleansing, and manipulation tasks.- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to manage data within the data warehouse.- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Participate in discussions with end users to identify data consumption challenges and propose effective solutions.- Develop and implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in data warehousing, cloud data platforms, and data management best practices.Qualifications:- 5-8 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), with a focus on data management and analytics. - (Candidates with more experience exceeding this range are also welcome to apply).- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, optimized queries, triggers, and stored procedures.- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles.- Experience with cloud data platforms like Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks (ADB) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
