Whose Salary is below 15 LPA will not get shortlisted.Mandatory ( Company ) - Product company (AI/ML, Short video content platforms, social media platforms)Mandatory ( Education ) - Btech/Mtech (Preferred Computer Science/Machine Learning, AI or related field) from Tier 1 colleges only (IIT, BITS, Top NITs, IIIT)Review Criteria:- Strong AI / ML specialist / Researcher profile- Mandatory ( Experience ) - Minimum 2+ YOE in AI/ML or building content recommendation system developing and implementing machine learning models- Mandatory ( Core Skills 1 ) - Experience in Python and machine learning libraries- Mandatory ( Core Skills 2 ) - Must have strong understanding of recommendation system algorithms- Highly Preferred Vector databases, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn- Mandatory ( Company ) - Product company (AI/ML, Short video content platforms, social media platforms)- Mandatory ( Education ) - Btech/Mtech (Preferred Computer Science/Machine Learning, AI or related field) from Tier 1 colleges only (IIT, BITS, Top NITs, IIIT)List of Top 50 Premium Institutes - Specific Criteria:CV Attachment is mandatoryOffice LocationRemote WorkingRole & Responsibilities:You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and techniques to power our recommendation systems.This would include video component analysis, video classification with a vector database for the videos being posted on our app; and user profile analysis and classification (based on their likes, dislikes, friends etc) to create a video feed best suited to a particular user.You will work closely with data scientists, product managers,and engineers to design, build, and deploy recommendation models that enhance user experience, drive engagement, and boost business metrics.Ideal Candidate:- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.- Exposure in developing and implementing machine learning models.- Strong understanding of recommendation algorithms, such as collaborative filtering,content-based filtering, and hybrid methods.- Experience with Python programming language and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn and Vector databases.- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making, collaboration & communication skills.- Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)- Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership (ref:hirist.tech)
