If you are an expert in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors consulting within the Technology/IT Consulting industry, we await your application.What we are looking for :- 17+ years of professional experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors consulting within the Technology/IT Consulting industry- Exposure to other HR technology/transformation platforms- Experience with project financials, budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources- Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and succinctly for a wide audience- Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings- Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth- Driven, tenacious, client-focused, and results-oriented individual- Appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) for short-term and long-term project assignments- Ability to multitask and handle a diverse breadth of topics and stakeholders across different clients simultaneously- Experience in leading strategy and operational transformation (ref:hirist.tech)
