Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences across various platforms. They should have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and interaction design.Responsibilities : User Research and Analysis : - Conduct user research to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors.- Analyze research findings to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions.UI/UX Design : - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.- Ensure consistency across all platforms and devices while adhering to brand guidelines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to translate requirements into design solutions.Interaction Design : - Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate product functionality and user flow.- Define user interactions and micro-interactions to improve usability and engagement.- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.Usability Testing : - Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback from target users.- Analyze test results to identify usability issues and areas for improvement.- Work closely with the development team to implement design changes based on testing outcomes.Stay Updated with Design Trends : - Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.- Continuously improve design skills and knowledge through self-learning and professional development.Roles and Responsibilities- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.- Hands on experience on Adobe xd/ Figma or photoshop.- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.- Proven experience as a UX Designer or UI Designer.- Strong portfolio of design projects.- Excellent communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
