This role is for B2B SAAS product company in BangaloreRole : Python Platform Developer.Exp : 3-6 YrsJob location : Bangalore (Work from Office)Only Immediate JoinersJob Specs :- Experience in designing highly scalable and secure backend platforms for web and mobile .- Proficiency in facilitating scrum, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to support the product team.- Strong communication skills to regularly update stakeholders, project managers, and developers on the technology roadmap.- Ability to coordinate with different teams to gather user requirements and provide technical solutions.Engineering Development :- Hands-on experience in building, scaling, and software platforms.- Collaborative mindset to work with product managers and team members to establish objectives and design functional code for improved user experience.- Commitment to producing high-quality code that sets standards for the team.- Focus on optimizing applications for low latency and high scalability.Team Development :- Ability to define career paths for team members and provide coaching and mentoring to support their growth. Must-have Qualifications : - 3-5years of experience in software development.- Proficiency in at least one of the languages: Python - Good understanding of both relational (Relational) and (NoSQL) databases.- Experience with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, - Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or Crystal.
