Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Talend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration and ETL processes, with expertise in Talend, Talend Cloud, and SQL (preferably Oracle). This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our data management and business intelligence initiatives.Key Responsibilities :ETL Development :- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Talend and Talend Cloud to integrate data from various sources.- Ensure high-quality data integration and transformation to meet business requirements.Data Integration :- Work with various data sources and targets, including databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud-based systems.- Develop efficient data pipelines to facilitate seamless data flow and transformation.SQL Development :- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts, preferably in Oracle.- Ensure efficient data retrieval, manipulation, and storage within relational databases.Data Quality and Performance :- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.- Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.Collaboration and Support :- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ETL processes and data integration issues.Documentation and Best Practices :- Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows.- Adhere to industry best practices and standards in ETL development and data integration.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and ETL.- Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ETL processes.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in ETL development and data integration.Technical Skills :- Expertise in Talend and Talend Cloud for data integration and ETL processes.- Proficient in SQL, with strong preference for experience in Oracle databases.- Experience with other data integration tools and platforms is a plus.Analytical Skills :- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and SQL queries.Project Management :- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Communication Skills :- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Interpersonal Skills :- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
