Profile : Senior Business Analyst Experience : 3- 8 years Job Location : Noida/ GurugramJob Description :- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to convert business requirements into operational deliverables to meet business objectives.- Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.- Exposure to API framework.- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical specification documentation to define the requirements.- Work with the development and testing team to ensure that the requirements are met.- Experience in following the Agile Methodology process- Communicate and escalate if any risks and issues arise or deliverables cannot be met and request assistance to ensure closure of issues.- Experience with writing systems/technical specification documents, conducting BA walk-throughs, and user-story grooming is essential.- Broad understanding of business practices and processes.Primary skills : Minimum 3 years experience in a Business Analyst role.Personal Attributes Needed :- Possess excellent Communication skills (written, verbal both formal & informal).- Helps to create a positive, collaborative working environment for the team.- If required, train and mentor junior team-members.- Quick grasping and flexibility to adapt to new technologies/processes.- Should be able to write formal communication emails to clients.- Should be able to resolve workspace conflicts if managing a team.- Self-Driven and Ability to manage pressure.Company Details :Crestech is a specialized software testing and QA services provider spread across its 4 delivery centers at Noida (India), Gurugram (India), Bangalore (India) and California (USA).
