Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to understand technical requirements and system configurations.- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications (Finance, Supply Chain Management, etc.).- Perform data migration and integration tasks to ensure seamless data flow within the ERP system and with other applications.- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to maintain system stability and performance.- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering questions promptly.- Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.Technical Skills:- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (D365) technical implementations and configurations.- In-depth knowledge of D365 architecture, security, and customization options.- Strong understanding of SQL Server and experience with writing T-SQL queries.- Familiarity with integration tools and technologies for D365 (e.g., Azure Logic Apps).- Experience with cloud deployments and management practices (Azure preferred).Additional Skills:- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
