Job Title : Software Lead - Project ManagementJob Responsibilities :- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate project status to stakeholders- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies- Manage and allocate project resources effectively- Evaluate project results and implement process improvements- Mentor and provide guidance to team membersQualifications and Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- 10+ years of experience in software development- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle- 10+ years of C# .NET Development Experience- Ability to develop in Angular 7+- Hands-on database design along with proficient SQL knowledge.- Strong leadership and team management skills- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools- Experience with architecture design- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentLocation - Mumbai, India with availability to travel to i.e., Saudi Arabia on a long-term basis (ref:hirist.tech)
