We've built our passion and proficiency for compliance automation into every product, enabling clients to use technology to minimize conduct risk.Responsibilities : Test Planning and Strategy : - Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for projects, considering various testing types (e.g., functional, regression, performance, security).- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and development teams to define testing objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.- Ensure that testing efforts align with project goals and quality standards. Test Case Design and Execution : - Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, ensuring adequate coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.- Review and approve test cases designed by team members.- Monitor test execution progress and provide guidance on troubleshooting and issue resolution.Test Automation : - Identify opportunities for test automation and guide the team in developing automated test scripts.- Ensure the maintenance and scalability of automated test suites.- Promote best practices in test automation, including code reviews and scripting standards. Defect Management : - Establish and maintain defect tracking processes, ensuring accurate recording, prioritization, and resolution of defects.- Collaborate with development teams to facilitate defect triage and resolution.- Monitor defect trends and provide insights for process improvement.Experiences and Skills :- A minimum of 10-12 years of comprehensive experience in a Quality Assurance role.- Hands-on experience in developing and scripting Functional Test Automation utilizing Selenium with - Java Automation.- Proficiency in designing and tailoring Test Automation Frameworks.- Profound familiarity with build & version control tools such as Maven, Git, and Bitbucket.- Solid grasp of Testing concepts, Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles, Database concepts, and Agile methodologies.- Proficient analytical and debugging capabilities.- Effective communication and interpersonal aptitude.- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.Desirable Qualifications :- Proficiency in designing frameworks in Spring Boot.- Thorough understanding of Test Automation design patterns.- Sound understanding of parallel execution techniques.- Previous exposure to deploying and integrating Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.- Prior involvement in the Capital Market and Compliance domains.- Familiarity with Database Testing and Automation practices.- A strong eagerness to acquire new technical proficiency and evolve in line with the latest technical trends.
