Description:

Responsibilities :- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.- Develop visually compelling motion graphics and static designs for various marketing campaigns, social media, apps, and websites.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting tight deadlines.- Generate ideas to deliver as propositions as per the brief.- Review junior designers' work to ensure high-quality output.- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our projects.- Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure deadlines are met.- Work closely with the brand and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency across all digital platforms and maintain brand consistency and quality across all visual content.- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, especially AI graphic tools.- Track metrics and data to continuously improve on creative projects.Requirements :- 2-3 years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and graphic design skills.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and FIGMA.- Proficiency in Ai lead design/graphic tools.- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.- Street-smart, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- The candidate needs excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas and also explain their ideas to members of their creative team.- The ability to utilize data-driven insights in developing design strategy.- Also strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead, supervise, and execute production projects from concept through delivery.
