Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java & Python Backend Architect to design and develop the backend architecture for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java and Python programming languages, as well as experience with designing and implementing complex systems that scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our software products are reliable, performant, and scalable, and will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.Location : BangaloreKey Responsibilities :- Design, develop and implement Java & Python-based backend which is high performance distributed system.- Big focus on Scalability, Sizing and tuning of the platform. Strong problem solving & envisaging the long term life of the product focusing on reusable, extensible component. - Develop and maintain code standards and best practices to ensure that the backend architecture is maintainable and scalable.- Build architecture best practices in the Engineering team.- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 10+ years of experience in designing and developing backend systems using Java and Python.- Experience with Microservices architecture and related technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.- Strong fundamental of computer science (Data Structures & Algorithmic processes for optimizing size/speed. - Strong understanding of database design and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web-based application architectures.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as React and Angular.- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of backend systems.- Familiarity with security best practices and implementing secure systems.- Experience with data analytics and machine learning.
