Job Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Lead and manage the delivery of Web3 projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring best practices in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and dApp implementation.- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, developers, and partners, to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout.- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, balancing project demands with team capabilities and availability.- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to address them proactively.- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.- Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project status to senior management.- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies within the delivery framework.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Master's degree preferred.- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in leading Web3 or blockchain- related projects.- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, dApps, and decentralized finance (DeFi). - Experience with Ethereum, Solidity, and other relevant blockchain platforms and programming languages.- Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).- Experience with DeFi protocols and NFT marketplaces.- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) (ref:hirist.tech)
