Job Description :We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Power Automate Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for automation using Power Automate. You will design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Power Automate flows, utilize a variety of connectors and triggers to integrate Power Automate with other applications, and implement best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for automation using Power Automate.- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Power Automate flows.- Utilize a variety of connectors and triggers to integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft and third-party applications.- Implement best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring.- Document solutions thoroughly for future reference and maintenance.- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of Power Automate.- Lead and mentor junior team members on Power Automate best practices.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate flows.- Support the continuous improvement of Power Automate processes within the organization.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).- Overall 8+ years of experience, with a major focus on Power Automate and any other RPA tools.- 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions using Power Automate.- Proven experience with integration techniques using connectors and APIs.- Strong understanding of cloud concepts (Azure AD, Azure Logic Apps, etc.) is a plus.- Experience with DevOps principles and practices is a plus.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Kooe Private Limited :- Work remotely with a talented and innovative team.- Contribute to exciting and impactful projects.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Competitive compensation based on experience.
