Datacenter: - 4 years experience on various Hardwares from leading Server OEMs viz Dell, HP - Exposure to Vmware & Hyperconverged infrastructure - Exposure to Linux and Windows server operating systems - Responsible for Infrastructure Monitoring using - ITRS , HP ILO, Dell OME. - Good Troubleshooting Experience - Experience in DC management, planning, Migration - SLA management - Vendor management - Team management - Asset ManagementStorage : - 4 years experience as a Storage Administrator in an Enterprise IT environment - Experience in Hitachi or EMC Enterprise Storage platforms - Experience in storage implementation , migration ,troubleshooting , performance monitoring - Experience in implementing Disaster recovery - Synchronous, Asynch replication , DR testing - Experience in Netapp NAS , Disk based backup solutions - Experience in Cisco / Brocade san switches- Working knowledge of monitoring & management tools from CISCO, Hitachi etc- Working with MIBs and their integration with the centralized monitoring tools- Different replication technologies viz snapshot, synchronous, Asynchronous etc- Vendor management- Internal coordination with different teams- ITIL framework with respect to Incident, problem, Change, Configuration, Audit, Patch managementGeneral:i. 8 + years experience in Datacenter & Storage supportii. B.E., B.Tech, MCA ,Diploma in Computer /Electronicsiii. Good communication skills for coordination with different teamsiv. Hands on contribution in Storage Administration and datacenter operation managementv. Working in 24 - 7 shifts ,covering night shifts on rotation. (ref:hirist.tech)
