Education :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience :- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in software development using core Java and advanced Java technologies.- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in core Java and advanced Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.- Knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
