About the Opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated STIBO-CMDM Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing solutions that leverage the power of STIBO-CMDM to meet our business needs. You will collaborate closely with customers and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployments.Responsibilities:- Work closely with customers to gather and understand their business requirements for Master Data Management.- Analyze customer needs and translate them into clear and concise functional and technical specifications.- Develop robust and scalable STIBO-CMDM solutions using best practices and coding standards.- Integrate STIBO-CMDM with SAP and non-SAP applications through middleware or APIs.- Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in functional and system integration testing (FUT/SIT) cycles.- Manage production deployments and ensure smooth system rollouts.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for STIBO-CMDM solutions.- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of STIBO-CMDM.Qualifications:- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in development using STIBO-CMDM.- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and concepts.- Solid experience in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions.- Experience with data modeling, data cleansing, and data transformation techniques.- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript or Python (a plus).- Knowledge of integration methodologies using middleware or APIs (a plus).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
