Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Infor CloudSuite GHR consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing and extending our HR management system. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of CloudSuite GHR and its functionalities to configure, customize, and integrate the system to meet our specific business needs. You will collaborate with HR personnel, business analysts, and IT professionals to ensure a successful implementation and ongoing support of our CloudSuite GHR environment. Responsibilities : - Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations and customizations for CloudSuite GHR modules (Payroll, Benefits, etc.).- Develop and implement custom business classes, fields, and forms using Landmark Pattern Language (LPL) to extend system functionality.- Design and implement integrations between CloudSuite GHR and external systems using Infor Open Network (ION) connectivity.- Utilize Infor APIs to automate data processing tasks and improve operational efficiency.- Configure and manage Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows to automate manual HR processes.- Participate in the development and implementation of new custom action requests for enhanced -functionality.- Provide ongoing support to HR personnel on system functionalities and best practices.- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation of configurations and customizations.- Conduct unit testing of custom configurations and integrations.Knowledge and Skills : Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's 7-10 years of experience working with Infor CloudSuite GHR (previously known as Lawson GHR) or a similar HR management system.- In-depth knowledge of CloudSuite GHR core functionalities, configuration options, and security practices.- Strong expertise in Landmark Pattern Language (LPL) for developing custom business logic.- Experience with Infor Open Network (ION) for data integrations with external systems.- Solid understanding of Infor APIs and their use for data manipulation and automation.- Experience with Infor Process Automation (IPA) for workflow design and implementation.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.- Additional Advantages : Good understanding of QA testing processes and deliverables (test plans, test cases).- Experience with external testing technologies like Selenium or UI Path for automated testing.- Experience with data migration techniques for HR data import into CloudSuite GHR.- Proven track record of successful CloudSuite GHR implementation and support projects.
