Primary Skills :- CSS, Excellent Communication, Webflow, webflow developer, webflow tools, HTML, JavaScript, JQueryRole Overview Description- We're on the lookout for a dynamic and knowledgeable Webflow Developer to join our web development team.- As a valued member, you will harness cutting-edge technology and robust techniques.- We're seeking an individual who excels in communication, thrives in managing multiple tasks, and is a team player with a strong problem-solving aptitude.- You will be part of Front end team working upon working on latest builders like Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot etc along with WebFlow as key tool.Roles & Responsibilities :- Responsible for developing websites with high-end UI animations, and web interactions using Webflow from Figma designs.- Responsible for adding creativity to the websites.- Implement and iterate on Webflow-based webpages (homepage, landing pages, etc.)- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO and responsiveness.- Develop and own a brand and consistently maintain the brand representation to the core.- Ensure implementations follow web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.- Provide hands-on support with web development and maintenance as needed.- Open for learnings new CMS and Landing page integration tools.- We will provide training for the same.Requirements :- Min 2 years of full-time experience working only in Webflow Development is a must.- Proficient in developing websites using Webflow tool.- In-depth knowledge of Webflow through Webflow developer courses.- JavaScript, jQuery knowledge and the ability to create custom functionalities is a must.- Experience in advanced CSS, animations and responsiveness.- Good understanding of CMS collections and items in WebFlow.- Familiarity with Figma software and similar technologies.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines- Webflow Expert certification level or higher will be plus.- Candidate will be required sometimes to work on partial US shift timings (4PM-1AM).- Allowances as per company policy will be paid.
