We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in AI applications within the healthcare sector, as well as expertise in software development, app development, and web development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities : Project Planning and Management : - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.Team Leadership : - Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers, data scientists, and other technical professionals. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing. - Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and coordinate tasks. Stakeholder Management : - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and external partners. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders. - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.AI in Healthcare : - Oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions tailored to the healthcare industry. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.Software Development : - Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle for mobile and web applications. - Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed. - Oversee the integration of AI algorithms and models into software solutions.Risk Management : - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed. - Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated.Quality Assurance : - Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. - Conduct regular reviews and audits to verify project quality and performance. - Coordinate with QA teams to resolve defects and issues promptly.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in AI applications within the healthcare sector.- Proven experience in software development, including app development and web development.- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA).- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is preferred.
