About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated C++ Architect to join our team in Bangalore and play a key role in the development of our next-generation embedded systems. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of C++, Qt, and QML to design, develop, and implement robust software solutions, while providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team.Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-performance software solutions for embedded systems. - (Experience with HMI applications is a plus).- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, design and implement system architecture, and ensure seamless integration across all components.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability.- Identify and troubleshoot complex software issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C++, Qt, and QML programming languages.- In-depth understanding of embedded system design principles, constraints, and real-time programming concepts.- (Optional, but a plus) Experience in designing and developing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications.- Solid knowledge of software design patterns and best practices for building scalable and maintainable software architectures.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
