Job Description :- Working in a fast- paced environment that is focused on rapidly identifying, evaluating and deploying new technologies.- Interacting and building relationships with cross-functional teams including- Product, Network, Engineering, and Security teams to fully understand the needs of the project, timelines, and operational environments in scope.- Collaborating with vendors and the broader security community to stay up to speed on the- latest security developments and ensure their future capabilities align with needs.- Creating Threat models, mapping controls to threats.- Working with Maintenance Engineering to have security requirements tested.- Creating a Design Document to include all security requirements and controls for the solution.- Reviewing requirements with the project team and answering any questions related to them.- Communicating progress, requirements, and any issues to ensure successful handoff of deliverables to operational teams.- Building domain knowledge of environment to understand long-term risk areas that will develop as the systems evolve.- Collaborating on Technical Requirements, Specifications, Proposals, High Level Designs, and other applicable engineering documents.- Conducting detailed technology and security research on industry and vendor solutions.- Providing thought leadership by participating in industry and security forums and collaborating with academic and research institutions.You'll need to have :- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.- Six or more years of relevant work experience- Knowledge of security best practices & secure architectures- Knowledge of security governance, controls, standards, and policies- Experience with any of these: NIST 800-53, NIST 800-57, NIST 800-161, NIST-204, NIST-207 frameworks.- Experience with O-RAN Security Requirements, Controls, and Protocols.- Experience with 3GPP Security Specifications 33. 501 and 33.310- Experience with IEEE 802.1X and IEEE 802.1AEEven better if you have one or more of the following :- CISSP Certification.- Extensive telecom industry experience with a focus on security architecture & design- Experience leading complex projects requiring a high-level of stakeholder engagement across multiple organizations.- Experience in Threat Modeling and Security Engineering.- Detail-oriented, results driven, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.- Excellent time management skills.- Excellent communication skills; being able to present to leadership as well as to peers.- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and organize data .
