Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Solution Architect to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into innovative and technically sound solutions. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and solution design principles to create future-proof solutions that drive business value and achieve strategic objectives.Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders (business analysts, product managers, IT leadership) to understand complex business challenges and requirements.- Analyze and define solution architecture for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture.- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies (cloud platforms, applications, infrastructure) based on specific project needs, scalability, and security considerations.- Design and document comprehensive solution architectures that consider performance, reliability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.- Develop proof-of-concept (POC) environments to validate solution feasibility and address technical risks.- Lead discussions with vendors and partners for technology procurement and integration.- Ensure solutions comply with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during solution implementation.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud technologies, application architecture patterns, and industry trends.- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.Qualifications : Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's- 8-10 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or a similar senior technical leadership role.- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex IT solutions across different domains (e.g. web applications, data analytics, cloud migration).- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).- Strong understanding of solution design principles (scalability, security, performance, reliability).- Experience with application architecture patterns (e.g. microservices, API-driven architectures).- Experience with integration technologies and methodologies (APIs, messaging protocols).- Proficiency in cloud architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. AWS Well-Architected Framework, Azure Architecture Center).- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
