Description:
Responsibilities : Solution Design and Development : - Leverage your SAP IBP expertise and domain knowledge to design and implement effective solutions using SAP IBP.- Collaborate with stakeholders across functional and technical areas to optimize S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.Data Management : - Possess a comprehensive understanding of IBP master data, transaction data, and model configuration.- Support day-to-day operational and functional support issues related to SAP IBP.Client Engagement : - Actively participate in business process discussions with clients.- Analyze client needs, pain points, and new requirements to design tailored solutions within SAP IBP.Training and Enablement : - Develop comprehensive training materials (workshops, manuals) for key users and end users.- Conduct training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and user adoption.Project Management : - Ensure clear documentation of all project deliverables.- Develop and execute a smooth transition plan for handover to the application maintenance team.Independent Work : - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage all IBP-related requirements from start to finish (E2E).Technical Expertise : - Possess proven experience in creating Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and Technical Design Specifications (TDS) documents.CPI DS Implementation : - Combine your IBP knowledge with expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite (CPI DS) for successful project implementations.Qualifications : - Proven experience as an SAP IBP consultant with a focus on S&OP.- Strong understanding of SAP IBP concepts, functionalities, and configuration.- Experience working with IBP master data, transaction data, and model configuration.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with clients.- Ability to analyze client needs, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.- Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.- Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver on time and within budget.- Experience in creating FDS and TDS documents.- In-depth knowledge of SAP CPI DS for integration purposes with SAP IBP.
