Job Title : Infrastructure Monitoring Manager / Automic SpecialistLocation : REMOTEDuration : FT/ PermanentShift Timings : 5 am to 1 pm / 6 am to 2pm Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure monitoring strategies and processes- Monitor the performance and availability of servers, networks, and databases using Automic tools- Identify and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure monitoring capabilities- Maintain documentation of infrastructure architecture and monitoring procedures- Design and implement automation workflows using Automic- Monitor and analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify trends and anomalies- Create and deliver reports on infrastructure performance and recommend improvementsRequirements :- Professional experience in infrastructure monitoring management- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Automic tools- Solid understanding of infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and databases- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities- Proven experience in automation and workflow design using Automic- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards related to infrastructure monitoring- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (ref:hirist.tech)
