Description:
Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed.- Utilize project management tools to track tasks, milestones, and deliverables.- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.- Organize and facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure stakeholder alignment.- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.- Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies.- Establish quality standards and ensure project deliverables meet these standards.- Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and formally accepted by stakeholders.- Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and project success.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).- Ability to travel as needed- Work Location : BangaloreSkills :- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective decision-making and leadership abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
